DesignDevelopDeploy(hereinafter “the company”), the operator of the Pooding app service, values the personal information of users and has established a privacy policy in accordance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, which is transparently disclosed. This policy is designed to inform users about the types of personal information Pudding collects, how it is processed, and how it is protected.

1. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

The company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the execution of service contracts, user identification, service improvement, development of new services, membership registration, and consultations. The collected personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary actions, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, will be taken.

• User authentication, payment processing, service provision and customer management, inquiry handling and responding to user complaints, providing information on discounts, events, etc., sending service-related news, and providing content information.

2. Collected Personal Information Items

• Required Information: User ID (email), member number, name, date of birth, gender, residential area, and device identification information.
• Optional Information: For users who do not provide optional information, only the user ID (email) and device identification information will be collected.
• Due to the nature of mobile services, device identification information (such as device model, carrier information, hardware ID, ADID) may be automatically collected, but this is in a form that does not identify individuals.
• In addition to device information, log information, service usage records, app installation information, and browser information may also be collected.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Information

The company collects personal information for service use through the following methods:

• Direct collection from users during the registration and use process
• Collection via automated tools
• Collection through emails and online consultations

4. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information

The company does not provide users' personal information to external parties as a rule, and only provides it when the user consents or in accordance with legal regulations.

5. Withdrawal of Consent for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

Users can withdraw their consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time, which was provided through the registration process. Consent withdrawal is available via Settings > Delete account in the app, and upon withdrawal, users will be promptly notified of actions such as the destruction of their personal information.
